Processing Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select products.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
